Mary Stephanie Bray, age 93 of Port Jervis, NY passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013 at her home. She was born on May 20, 1920 in Franklin, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Alexander Grech, I and Pauline Babey Grech. Mary was a retired assembler for Kolmar Labs, Inc., in Port Jervis. She married Richard J. Bray who pre-deceased her in 1975. She is survived by her 2 sons, Richard D. Bray of the State of Florida and Robert G. Bray and his wife Amy of Rochester, NY., her brother, Alexander Grech and his wife Betty of Port Jervis, 2 grandchildren, Jill and Jennifer Bray and 2 great grandchildren, Olivia Bray and Riley Green, her sister-in-law Matilda Grech of Port Jervis and several nieces and nephews. Mary was pre-deceased by her sister, Anne Caley and her brother Russell Grech. Graveside services will be held Sunday, August 11, at 12:30 PM at Rural Valley Cemetery, Cuddebackville, NY. Lucy A. Pedlock age 90, of Port Jervis, NY passed away Sunday July 28, 2013 at St. Joseph's Place, Port Jervis. She was born on September 19, 1922 in Port Jervis, the daughter of the late Arnold and Hazel Ellis Krause. Lucy retired as an assembler from Kolmar Labs, Inc., in Port Jervis. She is a faithful member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Port Jervis, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court Madonna #114, Port Jervis, and the Deerpark Seniors. Lucy married Stephen P. Pedlock, who pre-deceased her. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Beverly Cordisco and her husband Richard of Port Jervis, and Christine Onofry and her husband Craig, Ed.D of Bluffton, S.C., her 3 grandchildren, Dominic Cordisco, Esq. and his wife Amy, Brian Onofry, Esq., Diane Onofry Ford and her husband David F. II, Esq., 3 great grandchildren, Rocco Cordisco, Leighton and John Ford. Lucy was pre-deceased by her sister, Virginia Montgomery. SHIRLEY A. BASHAM, MATAMORAS, PENNSYLVANIA
Shirley A. Basham, age 81, of Matamoras, PA, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013, at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis, NY. She was born on October 28, 1931 in Matamoras, PA, the daughter of the late Carlton and Helen Rouff Shay. Shirley was a retired auditor for Pike County at Milford, PA. She was a faithful member of the United Methodist Church of Matamoras, a member and treasurer for the United Methodist Woman, Sunday School teacher and choir member of the church. She was also a member of the Matamoras Republican Club, a member and Past Matron of the River Valley Chapter, #33, O.E.S. Shirley married Richard D. Basham on July 29, 1951, who predeceased her. She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Landman and her companion, John Armstead of Greeley, PA; her son, John Basham of Ellenville, NY; her brother, Sonny Shay and his wife, Denise of Philadelphia; her sister, Fern Lehn of Boise, ID; three grandchildren: Darren Basham, Leanne Landman and Ayden Armstead. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law: Phyllis Basham of Matamoras, PA and Wilma Shay of Bluefield, VA and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Wednesday, July 31st, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc., 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 1st, at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church of Matamoras, 209 Ave. H, Matamoras, PA 18336. Rev. Russell Lockwood and Rev. Lora Villinger will officiate. Interment will be private at Pine Grove Cemetery, Matamoras, PA. BARRY WEYANT, PORT JERVIS, NEW YORK
Barry Weyant, age 61 of Port Jervis, NY passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis. He was born on July 27, 1951 in Middletown, NY, the son of the late Charles M. Weyant, Jr. and Helen Gutowksi Weyant, who survives. Barry proudly served our country with the U.S. Marines in Viet Nam. He retired as a Treatment Assistant from the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Center in New Hampton, NY. He was formerly employed with the Monticello and Town of Deerpark Police Departments. He was a member of the Marsch-Kellogg V.F.W. Post, Milford, PA.
Barry married Alice Diaz Weyant, who survives at home. He is also survived by his mother, Helen Gutowski Weyant of Mt. Hope, NY; his two daughters, Jessica Eli and her husband, Yoshua of New Hampton, and Sara Weyant of Port Jervis; his two brothers, Gary Weyant and his wife, Carol of the Town of Greenville, Larry Weyant and his wife, Linda of Howells, NY, two nephews, Craig Weyant, his wife Asa and their son Kyle and Eric Weyant. Barry is also survied by his niece, Jennifer Weyant. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30th at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc., 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis; Rev. George Hafemann will officiate. Visitation will follow from 2 to 4 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home. Military Honors will be conducted at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

WINIFRED H. CLARK, SPARROWBUSH, NEW YORK
Winifred H. Clark, age 89 of Sparrowbush, NY passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at her home. She was born at Port Jervis, NY on January 7, 1924, the daughter of the late Walter and Winifred R. Norwood Holzer. Winifred worked as a secretary in the guidance office of the Port Jervis School System. She was married first to Kenneth Aber and second to the late H. Earl Clark. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Aber and his wife Vivian of Westminster, Colorado, her 2 grandsons, Kenneth M. Aber of Oakland, Calif., and Ian S. Aber of Houston, Texas and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Monday, July 15 at 2 PM at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Port Jervis, NY. Joseph Fedorick, a 42 year area resident passed away Tuesday, July 9th at home. He was 62. Born on March 16, 1951 in Nyack, NY, Joseph was the son of the late Peter Fedorick and Helen Schmidt Fedorick of Saratoga Springs, NY. Joseph was the retired owner/operator of Fedorick Wood Floors. In addition to his mother, Joe is survived by his wife, Linda Migliorato Fedorick at home; his sons Jaime Fedorick and his wife Becky of Cahoonzie, NY and Brian Fedorick of West Columbia, SC; his brother Peter J Fedorick Sr. and wife Linda C Fedorick of Greenfield Center, NY; two grandchildren, Aidan and Isabelle Fedorick; Mother-in-law, Julia Migliorato; Sisters-in-law: Janice and Lesley Migliorato, and nieces and nephews: Peter Jr., Christopher and Gregory Fedorick; Brooke Brooks and Meredith Migliorato.

COL. WILLIAM L. JENNINGS, ELDRED, NEW YORK & CHEVERLY, MARYLAND
Col. William L. Jennings, age 83 of Cheverly, Maryland and Eldred, NY passed away at the home of his daughter Erin Elizabeth Ann Jennings-Farmer in Eldred. He was born on January 11, 1930 in Baltimore, Md., the son of the late Ellsworth and Miriam Melvin Jennings. He graduated from Catholic University in Washington, DC where he earned his BA. William proudly served our country during the Korean War as a Colonel with the US Army. He was responsible for instituting the recycling industry in the U.S.. He worked as a supervisor for the United States Government in Wash., D.C.. William was active with the Boy Scouts of America for 72 years. He married Patricia Ann Gore Jennings who pre-deceased him. He is survived by his 2 sons, William Kevin Jenniings and Bryan Spencer Jennings both of NYC, NY, his 2 daughters, Patricia Lee Jennings-Hopkins and her husband Robert of Riverdale, Md., and Erin Elizabeth Ann Jennings-Farmer and her husband Larry of Eldred, NY, his brother Walter Jennings of Philadelphia, 2 grandchildren Caroline and Brandon, 4 nieces and 2 nephews. CAROL W. HARRIS, PORT JERVIS, NEW YORK
Carol W. Harris, age 70, of Port Jervis, New York, passed away, Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Bon Secours Hospital in Port Jervis. She was born on April 19, 1943 in North Bergen, NJ, and was the daughter of the late Winnie and Albert Leiser. Carol was a retired care assistant for Catholic Charities in Jefferson Twp. NJ, and was a former clerk at the Binghamton Motor Inn in Edgewater, NJ for many years.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she loved her family, and adored her grandchildren and great grandson. Carol loved arts and crafts, and enjoyed bingo with her friends at Water's Edge. Carol was a long time member of Trinity Reformed Church in West New York, NJ where she served as Deacon, youth director, and Boy Scout chairperson.
She is survived by her husband at home, William F. Harris; her son, William A. Harris, and his wife, Victoria of Sparrowbush; her daughter, Lisa Moriarty, and her husband, Arthur of Milford PA, her daughter, Marcelle Haase and her husband, Robert of Vernon NJ. Carol had three grandchildren: Bo Haase, Casie Haase and her fiancé, Justin Pohan, and Brandon "Bam" Haase; a great-grandson, James Anthony Haase, all of Vernon, NJ. Carol had many loving nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her pets, Abby and Birdie. Carol was predeceased by her brother, Albert Leiser and her sisters, Joan Landon and Dorothea Eisenring.
A Memorial Service will be announced by the family at a later date. Cremation will take place at MacLennan Hall Crematory, Milford, PA.

PAUL W. GOSCH, SPARROWBUSH, NEW YORK
Paul W. Gosch, Retired Postmaster, was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 12, 1932 to the late Frederick and Wilhelmina Rosenwinkel Gosch. He grew up in Queens, NY before moving to Sparrowbush, NY at age 16.
Paul served in the US Army with the 550 Engineers Company during the rebuilding of Europe after World War II. He began his postal career as a mail carrier when home delivery started in Matamoras. He was promoted to window clerk and later became Postmaster. He retired from the Post Office after 31 years of service. Paul was a lifetime member of the Tri-States Rod and Gun Club where he served as membership secretary for 45 years. He was a certified NRA instructor.
Paul was predeceased by his wife of 47 years, Mary Ann McCann Gosch. He is survived by his sister, Ellen Fountain; his children: Debra Palmisano and her husband, Daniel, Dan Gosch and his wife, Krista, Heidi Estok and her husband, Erik, and Jennifer Apgar and her husband, Jeff. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and longtime friends: Len and Ellen Contarino.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 15th, from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc., 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY. Memorial Services will follow at 6 p.m., with military honors.

Maureen M. Mangiameli, age 53, of Glen Spey, NY, passed away Friday, July 5, 2013, at her home.
She was born on October 11, 1959 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of James and Margaret Daw Wells.
Maureen married Peter A. Mangiameli, who survives, at home. She is also survived by her mother, Margaret Wells of Shirley, NY; three sons: Anthony Mangiameli and his wife, Jessie of Penn Hills, NY, Peter Mangiameli of Sag Harbor, NY, and David Mangiameli and his wife, Holly of Center Moriches, NY; three daughters: Sarah and Faith Mangiameli, both at home, and Marisa Mangiameli of Bethlehem, PA; her brother, James Wells of Shirley, NY; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 12th, at 7 p.m. at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc., 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY 12771.

Rose D. Quick, age 93 of Port Jervis, NY passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at the Milford Senior Care Facility, Milford, Pa. Rose was born on February 5, 1920 in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of the late Michael and Josephine Arrico Savino. She was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Port Jervis, and a former long time member of Most Sacred Heart Church in Port Jervis. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Court Madonna, #114, Port Jervis. Rose was a Principal of Religious Education at St. Mary's and formerly taught at Most Sacred Heart. She was a Minister of Holy Communion and a former parish secretary. Rose married Robert W. Quick, who pre-deceased her. She is survived by her daughter, Maria Ligon and her husband James of Athol, NY, her grand daughter Alicia Tufano and her husband Mark of Glen Spey, and her great grand daughter, Haley Rose Tufano. She is also survived by her 2 brothers, Michael Savino and his wife Charlotte of Baltimore, Joseph Savino of Maryland and her sister Grace "Toots" DiCarlo of Maryland and several nieces and nephews. ROY J. DECKER, PORT JERVIS, NEW YORK
Roy J. Decker age 89 of Port Jervis, NY passed away Friday, June 28, 2013 at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis. He was born on October 2, 1923 in Port Jervis, the son of the late John N. Decker and Mary Utter Decker. Roy proudly served our country during WW II with the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Roosa-Fleming V.F.W. Post #161, Port Jervis and a life member of the Howard Wheat Engine Co. #4, Port Jervis Fire Dept. Roy worked as a machine operator for the Novelty Slipper Co,. in Port Jervis and then worked for Kolmar Labs, Inc., in Port Jervis. He was married first to the late Hilda Morgan Decker and second to the late Margaret Decker. He is survived by his son, John N. Decker and his wife Donna of Glen Spey, his sister Clara Englishman of Port Jervis, 3 grandsons, John N., Adam and Timothy Decker and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his very close friends and care givers, Anthony and Kelly Roberts of Port Jervis. He was pre-deceased by his grand daughter Erin Decker.
