      RALPH V. FINK, SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, FORMERLY OF SPARROWBUSH, NEW YORK
		
          Ralph V. Fink age 82 of San Diego, California and formerly of Sparrowbush, NY passed away Tuesday January 26, 2010 at his home.  He was born on  July 10, 1927 in Port Jervis, NY, the son of the late John R. and Edith Hall Fink.  
After graduating from High school he served in the US Navy in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater during World War II. After being discharged, he entered the FBI on April 26,1948, as a clerk in the New York Office. Upon graduating from St. John's University with a BA degree, Ralph served as a special Agent in the Chicago office in1955 and as a special Agent and supervisor in the San Francisco office from 1957 until his retirement, Nov. 14, 1980. After retirement, he operated Golden Gate Investigative Agency until December 1992. He has been a member of the Society since 1980 and has attended all of the National & Western Regional conventions since 1982. He has occasionally served as a delegate at these conventions. He is a member of the San Francisco Peninsula Chapter, the Soc. of FBI Alumni and has served in all of the positions of the San Diego Chapter including Chapter Chairman. Ralph was active on several Committees during the National convention at San Diego in 1992. He was involved in his community & civic affairs, having served as President of his Neighborhood community Center. Ralph was a Western Vice Pres. for 2 years for the Ex FBI.
He is survived by  his wife, Florence Fink at home, his son  John Fink and his wife  Loree of Valentia, Calif., 2 Daughters, Teri Fink of Winston, Oregon, and Gloria Clayton  and her husband  Gary of Petaluma, Calif., 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 1:30 PM at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush, NY with Chaplain Joyce Davis officiating.  Memorial donations may be made to the Sparrowbush United Methodist Church, 44 Main St., Sparrowbush, NY 12780.  Arrangements are by the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc. 154 E.       EDWARD C. MURPHY,  PORT JERVIS, NEW YORK

                RETIRED MASTER CHIEF PETTY OFFICER 
Edward C. Murphy age 83 of Port Jervis, NY, passed away Friday, Janaury 29, 2010 at  Meriden, Connecticut.  Ed was born  in Port Jervis, NY on December 3, 1926, the son of the late  John E. and Marguerite Mahoney Murphy.  Edward was an extremely Patriotic man, proudly serving our country for 26 years with the  US Navy.  He was a retired Master Chief Petty Officer, and served in WW II, the Korean War and the Viet Nam War.  After retirement from the US Navy he worked for Horton Medical Center in Middletown, NY as  a Stationery Engineer for 20 years.   He was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Port Jervis;  a member of St. Joseph the Worker, Knights of Columbus Council #471, Port Jervis; a member of Tri-State Naval Ship #7241, Port Jervis, and a former member of Port Jervis Lodge of Elks #645 B.P.O.E.  A family statement read " Ed was a loving son, brother and a very special uncle to his many nieces and nephews."   
He is survived by his 4 nephews, John J. Ricciardi, Thomas P. Murphy, Alan Murphy and Patrick Pedlock; his 3 nieces, Patricia Knight, Nancy Warth and Mary Carroll.  He is also survived by 18 great nieces and nephews.  Ed was pre-deceased by his 2 brothers,  John and Thomas Murphy and his 2 sisters, Helen Pdelock and Ann Ricciardi. 
Friends may call Tuesday February 2, from 3-7pm at  the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc., 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY.  The vigil wake service will be held Tuesday afternoon  a the funeral home with Rev. Clifford  Ekumeme will officiate.  Prayers will be offered Wednesday morning at 9:15am at the funeral home, followed by a Mass  of Christian Burial at 10 am at St. Mary's  R.C. Church, Port Jervis.       ANTOINETTE "TONI" SALVA, MATAMORAS, PA.
		
          Antoinette "Toni" DeAngelo Salva age 96 of Matamoras, Pa. passed away  Tuesday January 26, 2010 at St. Joseph's Place, Port Jervis, NY.  She was born in Sarno, Italy on  July 16, 1913, the daughter of the late  Antonio DeAngelo and Antonia Faiello DeAngelo Corirossi.  Antoinette married   August "Gus" Salva on  April 8, 1934 and he pre-deceased her on  October 30, 1996.  Antoinette and her late husband, Gus, owned and operated  Salva's Harmony Shop, in Port Jervis,  for many years.  She was a member of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Matamoras, Pa., a member of the Alter & Rosary Society of the Church, Member of Catholic Daughters , Court Madonna #114, Port Jervis, Member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society, Port Jervis, Member of Matamoras Seniors, Member of the 4th Ward  Girls Club, Member of the Red Hat Society and the National A.A.R.P.
She is survived by her daughter, Joan Ann Wilcox and her husband James of Port Jervis; 6 grandchildren, Debra Decker and her husband Eugene, Diane Barber and her husband Michael, Donna Potere and her husband Richard, Deneen Basile and her husband Robert, Lisa Kozlowski and her husband Stephen, Kenneth Fuchylo, Jr. and his wife Lynn; 17 great grandchildren,Eric, Dylan, Matthew, Megan, Hannah,Ryan, Emily, Christopher, Andrew, Kaitlyn, Alexander, Toni,Kevin, Bernadette, Edward,Samantha,and Nicolas; 1 great great grandchild, Cameron and several nieces and nephews. Antoinette was pre-deceased by her daughter, Carole Fuchylo, 2 brothers, Michael DeAngelo, and John Corirossi.  She was also pre-deceased by her 3 sisters, Rose Viserta, Fannie Amato and Stella Piccirillo.
Friends may call Thursday Jan. 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc., 154  E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY.  Catholic Daughters will conduct services at 7:30pm Thursday evening at the  Funeral Home.  The vigil wake service will be held Thursday evening with Rev. August Ricciardi officiating.  Prayers will be offered Friday morning, January 29, at 10:15am a the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY, followed  by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at  St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Matamoras, Pa., with Rev. Ricciardi as celebrant.       ETHEL MERRIWEATHER, PORT JERVIS, NEW YORK
		
          Ethel Merriweather age 92 of Port Jervis, NY passed away Saturday January 23, 2010 at Milford Senior Care, Milford, Pa.  She was born in Charleston, South Carolina, on March 22. 1917.  Ethel  enjoyed cooking and cooked for many years for Harriet Tupaz.  She is survived by  her niece,  Arlette LeGree and her husband Alphonse of Port Jervis, NY.  Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Interment will take place at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush, New York.       LUCY M. PAGANO, PORT JERVIS, NEW YORK
		
          Lucy M. Pagano, age 96 and a life-long resident of Port Jervis,  passed away Monday January 18th, 2010 at Belle Reve  Nursing Home, Milford, Pa.  She was born on  June 2, 1913 in Port Jervis, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph   and Rose  Calentoni Marioni.  She married  Anthony J. Pagano, who pre-deceased her in 1996.  She was a retired presser for Little Tots,  Inc.,  Port Jervis, NY.  Lucy was a life long communicant of Most  Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Port Jervis, NY and was very  disappointed when  the church was closed in 2007.  A family statement  read " Lucy was a loving Mother and Grandmother and was always there for her family.  She was a great cook and loved good food and the holidays. Mom will always be remembered and loved."  Lucy is survived by her 2 sons, James Pagano and his  wife Lucy of Port Jervis,  and Joseph Pagano and his wife Alice of Port Jervis; her grandsons Paul, Timothy, Stephen,  and Brian Pagano and eight great grandchildren.  She was pre-deceased by her four grandchildren,  Lisa, Mark, Anthony and Michael Pagano and pre-deceased by her  Sister Carmella Piccolo and her 2 brothers, John and Louis Marioni. 
A Mass of Resurrection will be held  Wednesday January 20, 2010  at 11am at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Matamoras, Pa., with Rev. August Ricciardi as celebrant.  Interment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Jervis, NY.  Arrangements are by the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc. 154 E.       MAE PRIDE, PORT JERVIS, NEW YORK
		
          Mae C. Pride  age 83, of Port Jervis, NY passed away Friday  January 8th, 2010 at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis, NY.  She was born  on  August 8, 1926, at Port Jervis, NY, the daughter of the late  Frank and Ella Case Scheb.  Mae married Charles  E. Pride, who pre-deceased her on March 9, 2002.  Mae was a retired bookkeeper for Spangenberg's  Grocery Store,  in Port Jervis, and previously worked for Goldman's Meat Market, also in Port Jervis.  She was a beloved member of the Deerpark Reformed Church, Port Jervis, and taught  Sunday School in the Deerpark Church for 65 years.  Mae was a former Girl Scout  Leader of Troop #2, Port Jervis Girl Scouts.  She is survived by her  daughter Cathy  Pride  at home, 1 cousin , 1 nephew and her long time close friend Joyce Wyka of Port Jervis.   
Memorial services will be held  Monday January 18th, 2010 at 11am at  the Deerpark Reformed  Church, 30 East Main St., Port Jervis, NY.  Rev. Ann Rost will officiate.  Interment  will take place in the Spring at Rural Valley Cemetery, Cuddebackville, NY.       SHIRLEY M. TRANSUE, MATAMORAS, PA.
		
          Shirley M. Transue  age 89,  of Matamoras, Pa.,  passed away Friday January 8th, 2010 at her home. She was born  on June 20th, 1920 at Matamoras, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Frank Scales and Florence Cook Scales.  Shirley married  Norman H. Transue, who pre-deceased her.  She is survived by her son Lee Transue and his wife Jo Anne of Tafton, Pa., her daughter, Donna McCooey of Sparrowbush, NY, 6 grandchildren, Christopher, Brannon and Taya Transue; Tommy, Kyle and Ryan McCooey;  her great- grandchildren Christopher,Audrey,Connor, Seth,Shane, Kyle,Zachary, Jenna, Siana,Isabela, Anthony and Jonathan.  She is also survived  by her cousins, Robert Struthers and William Yennie.  She will be sadly missed by her faithful pet and companion "Missy"

      EUGENE W. WILSON, MIDDLETOWN, NEW YORK
		
          Eugene W. Wilson age 76 of Middletown, NY and formerly  of Port Jervis, NY passed away  Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Middletown Park Manor, Middletown, NY.  He was born on July 16, 1933 at Rio, New York , the son of the late  Samuel and Helen Albertson Wilson.  He was a retired truck driver and worked for Robert Houck, Trucking, Port Jervis, NY.  He is survived by his 2 daughters, Penny Bickell and her husband  Duane of Port Jervis, NY, Susan Lowery of Port Jervis,  his son, Bill Wilson and his wife Debbie of Oak Harbour, Washington, 9 grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsey, Courtney, Meghan and her husband  Alex, Brittany, Billy, Bobby, Stephanie and Timothy, and several great grandchildren.
Eugene was an avid fan of the Orange County Stock Car Races at Middletown, NY, working with Sherlock's Racing Team.

      ROBERT "KEN" WALTERS, GODEFFROY, NEW  YORK
		
          Robert "Ken" Walters age 78, of Godeffroy, NY passed away Tuesday January 5, 2010 at St. Joseph's Place, Port Jervis, NY.  He was born on May 11, 1931 in Fayette County, Pennsylvania.  Ken proudly served our country with the  U.S. Navy during the Korean War.  He retired from Ford Motor Co. at Mahwah, New Jersey as an assembler and then worked for Kolmar Labs, Inc., in Port Jervis.  He  married Eleanor Coleman Walters, who pre-deceased him.  He is survived by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ronald and Olga Coleman of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and his sister-in-law  Margaret  Lustig and her husband Philip of Boca Raton, Florida.  He is also survived by 4 nieces and 1 nephew and several great nieces and nephews.

      ROBERT L. CRAFT, PORT JERVIS, NEW YORK
		
          Robert L. Craft age 65, of Port Jervis, NY passed away Wednesday December 30, 2009 at his home.  He was born on May 18, 1944 in Port Jervis, NY, the son of the late  Wiliam and Sarah Ferguson Craft.  Bob was a retired furniture repairman  and deliveryman  for Royal Furniture, Port Jervis, NY for many years. He married Susan L. Wrisley Craft, who passed away  November 3, 2009.  He was a 56 year member of the Delaware Engine Co. Hose Co. #2, Port Jervis, Fire Dept.
Bob is survived by his son,  Kevin Craft and his wife Tamara of Milford, Pa., his daughter  Ann Ward and her husband Darryl of Godeffroy, NY; 5 grandchildren, Ashlee and Tanner Ward, Karissa, Alex and Kaylee Craft, and several nieces and nephews.  He was pre-deceased by his sister, Anna Jane Kessock and his brother Billy Craft.  Friends may call Wednesday  January 6th from 10-11am a the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc., 154 E.
