GLADYS I. KARR, MATAMORAS, PA.

Gladys I. Karr, age 90, of Matamoras, PA, passed away Monday, May 4, 2009 at Middletown Park Manor, Middletown, NY.She was born in Sparrowbush, NY on August 12, 1918, the daughter of the late Fred and Lila Adams Robinson.Gladys was a retired assembler for Kolmar Labs, Inc., Port Jervis, NY. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Matamoras, PA for many years. Gladys married Ronald C. Karr, who predeceased her.She is survived by her daughter, Janice Kinney and her husband, John of Montgomery, NY; three grandchildren: Timothy Kinney and his wife, Zoe, Kathryn O'Donoghue and her husband, Kevin, and Lyndsey Karr; two great-grandchildren, Desmond and Deirdre; her sister, Harriet McAllister of Port Jervis; several nieces and nephews. Gladys was predeceased by two sons, Wayne and Joel; her infant child and two brothers, Edward and Lester Robinson.Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush, NY with Rev.
