KENNETH D. OSTERHOUDT, JACKSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA, FORMERLY OF MATAMORAS, PA.

Kenneth D. Osterhoudt age 66, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, and formerly long time resident of Matamoras, Pa., passed away Tuesday April 6, 2010 at New Hanover Regional Medical Ctr., in Wilmington, NC. He was born on June 30, 1943 in Port Jervis, NY, the son of the late Douglas and Isabel Smith Osterhoudt. He celebrated 47 years of marriage to Linda Morgan Osterhoudt, who survives at home. Kenneth worked as an Industrial Heating and Air Sheet Metal Worker and a member of Local #38 Sheet Metal Workers International. He loved dogs and life. He is also survived by his son James Osterhoudt and his wife Gale of Port Jervis, NY, his grandson Brandon Osterhoudt , 1 niece and 1 nephew and his special four legged friends Muffin, Cookie, Justin and Hunter. He was pre-deceased by his daughter Sherry Comfort. Memorial donations may be made to CAPS( Carolina Animal Protection Society, c/o Lisa Smith P.O. Box 171, Sparrowbush, NY 12780.
