Emaline Ellen Leek, a lifelong resident of the area, entered into rest on May 22, 2008 at Mercy Community Hospital in Scranton, PA. She was 80.The daughter of the late Ernest Horton and Georgianna Rundle Horton, she was born March 25, 1928 in Eldred, NY. She was the widow of Scott Russell Leek.Surivors include her four sons: Raymond Leek and his wife, Rosa-Leah of Burton, SC, Roy Leek and his wife, Brenda of Glen Spey, NY, Rodney Leek and his wife, Jane of Attleboro, MA, and Joseph Consiglio; three sisters: Madeline Weiss, Elizabeth Wingert and Betty Milk; nine grandchildren: Scott Leek, Kara Leek, Dakota Leek, Randi Leek, Douglas Leek, McKenzie Leek, Amanda Leek, Sierra Leek and Georgianna Mills; three great-grandchildren: Cory Mills, Aiden Leek and Mikayla Morris; several nieces and nephews.In addition to her husband, Scott and parents, she was predeceased by her son, Randy Leek, and siblings: Gloria Schwartz, Ellsworth Horton, Kenneth Horton and Bonnie Decker.Friends may call on Monday, May 26, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 27, at 10:30 a.m. in the Eldred United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Linda Bohs officiating.
